so they decided to build it.
After years of designing homes, Jimena and Manuela came to understand that the spaces we inhabit quietly shape the way we live, how we feel, how we gather, and how we care for one another.
At Aldea, that same care extends beyond each home, into the design of the village itself. Together with NOURI, they developed the cultural and wellbeing framework that gives ALDEA its rhythm, from seasonal programming to everyday rituals inspired by life from soil to soul.
The seasonal rhythms, gatherings, learning experiences and wellbeing practices that give life to the village. 4 bedrooms 4 1⁄2 bathrooms, 2 mezzanines/studio, Family room and social area, Kitchen and dining/lounge area, Laundry area, Central patio with pool, Terrace and outdoor area, 4 green rooftop areas, Parking area, Storage
